CURRENT: Tam lives, works and creates in Daytona Beach, FL.
Spring 2017 Update: I’m currently immersed in the process of shifting my creative practice from traditional paint media to digital media and hybrid processes. New personal projects include a series of laser etched watercolors channeling motifs associated with Geisha, Matryoshka, ship figureheads and sugar skulls. I’m still developing the technical process, but so far the results are very promising! I’m also enjoying a steady stream of freelance graphic design and illustration work. A website overhaul / migration is also in the works: I hope to post some of my new projects and design work later this spring!
FINE ART: Tam’s award-winning still life paintings have been exhibited regionally, nationally, and internationally, including the Butler Institute of American Art Midyear Exhibitions (1998, 2009) and the Fort Wayne Museum of Art Contemporary American Realism Biennials (2008, 2010, 2012.) Permanent collections include the Fort Wayne Museum of Art – Fort Wayne, Indiana and the Columbus Metropolitan Library – Columbus, Ohio. Her work is included in private collections throughout the US.
